I’m currently still living in Singapore, much to the dismay of my partner and BJJ friends in Tassie, but to the delight of my friends and family in Singapore.

I’m still here because I’ve decided to wait till a decision is made on whether or not I got the postdoc position. I had my interview on 24 Feb, and was told that they’ll come to a decision in 2 weeks.

I also recently recovered from covid. It was no biggie. Fevers, coughs and sneezes – nothing I’ve I haven’t experienced before with a cold.

Projects I’m working on right now:

1. Learning front-end development on Scrimba. I try to do 90 min of learning and coding every day. I’m really enjoying it.
2. Elephant seal weaner analysis – still slowly chugging away at this.
